A little bit about me...
Laura Sandez is the Recruiting Manager for CENTURY 21 Allstars. Laura was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. where she developed a keen sense for the real estate industry. She is a highly qualified Recruiting Manager with over 29 years of real estate experience in sales, management and staffing talented agents. She is an effective recruiter with proven ability to manage in a fast pace, growth environment. Her strong customer service orientation and her demonstrated ability to develop excellent rapport with sales force is a gift for our company.
In 1995, Laura started her real estate career with at the young age of 19 as a receptionist, then she became an escrow assistant for a highly successful and productive organization. Later, she obtained her real estate license and began her real estate career at CENTURY 21 Allstars where besides helping clients buy and sell real estate, Laura also worked as an office manager. Her extraordinary people skills allowed her to be able to help support the growth of the company throughout the years, making her an extremely valued asset.
During 2010, due to her loyalty, high commitment and dedication, she was promoted to Recruiting Manager. This promotion ensures the growth of our organization by hiring both new and experienced Realtors from throughout the industry.
Laura is also the Educational Director for our in-house Real Estate School and provides clear and objective information to new and potential licensees. She oversees all the academic affairs, and the development of improving efficiency for students to obtain their real estate license in record times. She possesses an ability to motivate students to attend classes and pass the California State Exam.
