Richard Estrada is General Manager for CENTURY 21 Allstars. He is an articulate agent-focus senior executive manager with proven expertise on motivating agents to achieve goals, while also prioritizing and strategizing skill building educational programs.

At the age of 44, he began his real estate career as a loan representative, originating new loans on behalf of clients for a major direct lender. In 1994, Richard began his sales career at CENTURY 21 Allstars as a Realtor assisting clients to sell and buy real estate.

Following this hands on real estate experience, he moved on to becoming a leading One-on- One Coach for the Mike Ferry Organization where he obtained valuable skills and directing high producing real estate agents across the country. Richard was able to operate a competing real estate organization for a few years before re-joining CENTURY 21 Allstars as General Manager.

During 2011 Richard's coaching guidance, experience and production leadership skills played an important role in the success and achievement of our organization's awards; #1 Office in the Nation and #2 Office in World-Wide in, then in 2012; #1 Office in the Nation and #1 Office in World-Wide in the CENTURY 21 System.
