CENTURY 21 Allstars opened for business in April 1986, in the City of Norwalk, CA, under the leadership of CEO/President Joseph Villaescusa. We operated and conducted our business in less than 1,000 square feet and, at that time, employed less than 10 real estate agents. Within the following two years, CENTURY 21 Allstars grew to over 50 Realtors® and increased our office space. In 1994, we moved to a second location in Norwalk as we had outgrown our original location. In 2008 CENTURY 21 Allstars, grew again and purchased our current location in the city of Pico Rivera, where we have become one of the most productive offices in the Southern California marketplace.
CENTURY 21 Allstars has annually been recognized nationally and internationally as an award winning Centurion Office since our second year in the business. CENTURY 21 Allstars was the recipient of the Grand Centurion Award from 1995 through 2024, a prestigious award that only the top one percent of all offices in the CENTURY 21 System has earned. Despite the challenges in the real estate market since COVID, CENTURY 21 Allstars increased in sales production and continues to lead the industry with one of the highest real estate market shares in the nation.
Currently, CENTURY 21 Allstars owns and occupies over 50,000 square feet facility that is rivaled by none, with a professional team of over 300 Realtors®, four full-time executive managers, and a support staff of 8.
